Vipul is no stranger to transformation and growth in BPO. Vipul brings over 25 years of executive leadership experience in the BPO industry, where he led large-scale operations and helped shape the future of digital and customer experience services. As CEO, Vipul brings a sharp strategic lens, a love of solving complex problems, and a strong belief that great outcomes happen when smart technology meets even smarter people. He’s known for cutting through the noise, spotting opportunity, and keeping clients (and teams) focused on what really matters. Outside of work, Vipul is an enthusiastic traveler and lifelong learner, always curious about new cultures, ideas, and perspectives because the best leaders, in his view, never stop exploring.

Joining Bill Gosling in 1993 in Glasgow, Scotland, Kenny has worked in many positions throughout the company. Eager for more growth, learning and responsibility, Kenny purchased a Canada Goose jacket and headed west to the suburbs of Toronto with family in tow. As the Chief Operating Officer, Kenny runs the day-to-day operations, leading the growth, and the operational health of Bill Gosling. Not only is Kenny very passionate about his own development, he loves coaching and working with people to make them better, a core value of the company. During his tenure, Kenny has become a skilled conductor with a mission of removing obstacles for the management teams globally. Kenny’s personal pastime includes a rigorous training schedule of biking, running and swimming, as he prepares for his participation in various triathlons and at least one Ironman each year, with a goal to participate at the in the Kohala Coast, Ironman in Hawaii.

Himanshu Verma brings an entrepreneurial mindset and deep BPO industry expertise to Bill Gosling Outsourcing. With over 30 years of executive leadership experience across BPO and IT services, he has built and scaled high-performing global businesses by combining strategy, innovation, and disciplined execution. During his decade-long tenure at Cognizant Technology Solutions, Himanshu built and led a global business process practice exceeding $1 billion in revenue across multiple industries and geographies. He is passionate about transforming complex challenges into scalable, technology-enabled solutions that accelerate growth and deliver measurable impact. A forward-thinking leader, Himanshu thrives at the intersection of innovation and execution where ideas translate into sustainable business outcomes.

Joe has been part of the Bill Gosling leadership team since 2009, first steering our technology strategy as CIO before stepping into his new role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Today, he channels his deep operational and technical expertise into building organizational capacity, evaluating acquisitions, and aligning people, processes, and technology to shape the future of Bill Gosling. When he’s not solving complex business challenges, you’ll find Joe volunteering in the community or tinkering with his cars.

Vikas Bhardwaj is an accomplished technology executive with deep expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, conversational AI, and intelligent automation.
Before joining Bill Gosling Outsourcing, Vikas served as Director of AI at Meta’s Reality Labs, where he helped advance AI technologies for wearables, including Ray-Ban Meta and Oakley Vanguard AI glasses. Previously, he led AI initiatives at Amazon, developing automation and conversational AI solutions for customer service at scale.
As Chief Technology Officer, Vikas leads BGO’s global technology strategy and AI-forward evolution. His focus is on embedding responsible, practical AI across the organization, strengthening its technology foundations, and combining human expertise, connected data, and intelligent automation to deliver better outcomes for clients.

Ashish is an accomplished transformation and solutions leader with more than two decades of experience scaling global operations, designing enterprise solutions, and translating technology into measurable business outcomes.
Before joining BGO, Ashish served as Director at Uber, leading Community Operations Field Operations across APAC, spanning approximately 3,000 people across eight locations. He advanced AI-enabled operations, introduced LLM-based interaction analytics, and drove operational transformation at scale. Previously, during more than 13 years at Cognizant, he built enterprise solution frameworks and led global Digital Operations businesses for technology, media, and digital-native clients.
At BGO, Ashish leads the client transformation strategy, designing vertically focused operating models that modernize complex processes, maintain strong operational control, and connect advanced technology with practical enterprise needs.

When Bill Gosling branched out into offshore with our Philippines operations in 2012, Jason joined the flock, bringing more than a decade of experience in International Operations. Today as the quarterback of our non-domestic operations, this former football player and motorcycle enthusiast is one of the busiest people in the company. In an average year Jason will fly more than 250,000 miles between several of our global offices.

Natasha Singh AKA “Nat” joined Bill Gosling Outsourcing in 2002. Her career spans 22+ years in the BPO industry with experience in Operations and Talent Acquisition. She is a devoted mother of 2 boys and wife, and dog mom to 2 English Bulldogs, a passionate advocate against human trafficking. Currently holding the role of SVP of Operations at Bill Gosling Outsourcing. Natasha has recently assumed the role of Senior Vice President of Americas Operations. In this capacity, Natasha manages operations across the entire Americas, while leading a global team operating in four countries and eight offices. Natasha is her relentless pursuit of knowledge. She is deeply committed to lifelong learning, as demonstrated by her ongoing studies at Queen's University. Beyond her professional endeavors, Natasha's heart is dedicated to the cause of Rahab's Daughters, an organization fervently combating human trafficking. Natasha's recent appointment to their Board of Directors underscores her significant impact on their noble mission.

Martin joined Bill Gosling in 1998 and is critical to the success of our UK organization. After leading the UK team for over a decade, he now supports global operations and strategic projects, playing a key role in shaping the company’s global strategy, building client relationships, and developing initiatives to enhance productivity and improve processes. Martin leads the Quality Assurance (QA), Project Management, and Global Client Success teams, driving operational excellence and delivering meaningful insights and exceptional results for our clients worldwide. Martin's competitive nature keeps him driven to succeed and outperform our competition. As a Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Credit Management, Martin sits on their Think Tank as well as a long-time judge of the British Credit Awards.

Janine is a seasoned HR professional with over 20 years experience in Human Resource management. As the SVP, HR global, Janine oversees all our human capital functions globally including HR, Recruitment, Payroll, Learning and People Development. Throughout her career, Janine has demonstrated a strong passion to drive engaging work environments, that fosters employee growth and development. In her spare time, Janine is an amateur interior design fan and enjoys swimming and spending time with her family and friends.

With over 18 years of comprehensive experience in Human Resources management, Sonali Banerjee is a seasoned HR professional dedicated to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment. Leading a team of HR professionals in implementing strategic HR initiatives, specializing in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management and organizational development. Her commitment to promoting employee engagement and developing effective HR strategies has contributed significantly to the success and growth of the organizations. Sonali’s strategic approach to HR aligns with the company's goals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

With over 20 years in data science and product management, Gaurav specializes in guiding companies towards innovative, data-driven solutions. Key achievements include the launch of a pioneering Speech Analytics solution and the development of comprehensive data driven product roadmaps. Expertise in AI, NLP, machine learning, and Six Sigma, enables him to drive product strategy and innovation at an enterprise level.

Chris joined Bill Gosling in 2024 with over 25 years experience within financial services, including over 10 years working for global banking groups. He has mainly managed operations in the UK, but also in Switzerland and the Netherlands, and has spent several months working in Spain. His areas of responsibility have spanned collections and recoveries leadership for secured and unsecured credit products, client / 3rd party management, business transformation, and operational strategy and analytics. Away from work Chris is an avid rugby fan and has travelled to 4 continents to watch different games and tournaments.

Results driven senior executive offering 22+ years of experience in ITeS industry with extensive exposure in designing innovative solutions for business operations, managing business transformation, solutioning and transition programs predominantly within Procurement and Customer Service functions, engagement/relationship management, business development for BPM/Shared Services and project management. Global implementation experience across countries including US, UK, India, New Zealand, Ireland, Italy, Germany, Spain, Greece, Portugal and South Africa. Multiple industry exposure including banking, financial services, telecom and software services with focus on building and scaling teams while collaborating with cross functional resources to ensure seamless project execution. Hobbies - playing sport (cricket, volleyball and squash), like exploring new places, travelling.

Ammar joined Bill Gosling in 2012, and while Information Technology has been a lifelong passion, his focus has now expanded to leading organizational transformation. Ammar drives innovation and efficiency across the company by implementing cutting-edge AI and automation technologies to enhance employee and customer experiences. He spearheads our transformation strategy, overseeing the development and execution of initiatives aimed at improving performance, agility, and innovation. Ammar's curiosity and passion for technology keep him at the forefront of advancements, ensuring our company stays ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Melissa joined Bill Gosling Outsourcing in Jan of 2023 as Vice President of Talent Acquisition; focused on attracting, recruiting and retaining Goslings and creating a positive, memorable migration into the business for all. She brings with her over 20+ years of contact centre experience from the BPO and Financial service industry leading HR, Sales, Training, Customer Experience and Operations teams. She took a brief pause from formal team leadership for a chapter in her career; as a Senior Consultant at a startup focused on two of her passions, coaching/people development and testing new concepts. Melissa values learning, well-being and time with family. She is the very proud mama of a 19-year-old daughter and a 3-year-old dog who keep her busy, smiling and grateful. When not at work, you can find Melissa on a soccer pitch cheering on her daughter or at the family cottage in Muskoka swimming or reading on the dock. She is an aspiring gardener, sadly without the required green thumb.

Melissa Hurley joined Bill Gosling in 2020 and is Vice President of Learning and People Development; focused on global learning and leadership development strategies. She has teams in 4 continents and brings her passion of learning, leadership, coaching and people development to develop teams in our contact centers around the world. She brings with her 15 years of contact center experience from the financial industry in operations, client experience, sales, operational effectiveness and employee development. Melissa is a passionate people person who is driven to help people achieve their goals, pursue personal growth and is focused on developing leaders at all levels across Bill Gosling. In less than two years as a member of the Flock Melissa has launched a Coaching Framework, Interaction Model, centralized the learning function and built new roles and focus on building coaches and talent at all levels. Mel is a proud mama of 2 young kids, has a new fur baby and brings her Newfoundland down-home charm and humor to everything she does. She's also a big fan of true crime and sharing a laugh with anyone who will make the time.

With a lot less grey in his beard, Matt joined the Bill Gosling flock back in 2009. Since then, Matt has spent the past 15+ years using his competitive nature and “Never Satisfied” approach to deliver outstanding results for our clients, in a variety of roles within the company. In 2024, Matt took on his newest challenge by relocating to Costa Rica to help lead our Operations teams. Away from the office, Matt is a diehard Toronto sports fan with a lifelong passion for the Maple Leafs, Blue Jays & Raptors. When not cheering for his favorite team, Matt can be found on the golf course or playing recreational sports such as basketball, hockey & soccer.

Since 2015 Gaye has been the on-site leadership for our Philippines Operations and has over 19 years of experience in the BPO/contact center space. While at Bill Gosling Gaye has been able to continue to hone her expertise in 1st and 3rd party collections for our financial and retail clients and mentor her team to continually drive better results. When she is not busy with her 6 kids, she treats herself to some 'Retail Therapy', pizza, or binge-watches a whole series with coffee in hand.

With a headset and a lot less responsibility, Shayan joined the Bill Gosling flock over 10 years ago as an agent. Since then, he’s carved out a path defined by grit, growth, and a relentless drive for results. Today, as VP of Operations, he leads our Canadian and U.S. teams — overseeing Collections, Customer Care, Sales, and more — with a focus on delivering world-class performance for our clients. Outside the office, Shayan is a devoted husband and an even more devoted Real Madrid supporter. Whether it’s La Liga, Champions League, or a preseason friendly — if Los Blancos are playing, he’s watching (and probably pacing).

Amanda joined Bill Gosling Outsourcing in 2016, joining our compliance department where she remains to this day. Amanda oversees our global regulatory compliance departments and contract management. Amanda enjoys working with our clients to help share knowledge on compliance issues within the world of business process outsourcing. Outside of work, Amanda loves to go to live music events, hike the great outdoors and cheer on her beloved Toronto Raptors.
