Regulated or non-regulated, each utility operation demands the right expertise, governance and technology.

Explore the capabilities designed around your operating environment and business priorities.

DEV — unified grid (replaces the two-view switcher): Single component now serves all three of Steve's asks: (1) collapsible Regulated / Non-regulated — the two group header rows collapse/expand their rows (Regulated open, Non-regulated collapsed by default to save height); (2) Industries + What We Do combined — services are columns, verticals are rows, one section; (3) "here's the services we do for each one" — the dot matrix is the always-visible answer. Interactions: click a vertical row → accordion expansion beneath it with that vertical's description + only its mapped service cards (one row open at a time); click a service column header → service detail card in the panel below the table. All content is generated from the VERTICALS and SERVICES objects in the script — single source of truth, CMS-ready. ⚠ Service names "Business Support" and the Compliance/CX split still need Steve's confirmation. ⚠ Dot placements are inferred mappings — Steve to confirm each row (e.g. does Collections apply to regulated verticals? BGO's heritage says yes; current site copy doesn't).

Operational Friction

The pressures aren't slowing down. We help you scale capacity, expertise and technology where it matters most.

DEV — POV filters (Steve's feedback #1): Two filter groups. Primary (Regulated / Non-regulated) is single-select toggle; sub-labels are multi-select. Universal POVs carry data-reg="both" and match EITHER primary filter. Sub-label set is the six confirmed in the v2 labeling grid. Score badges show "— /10" until Steve returns the scored grid — then bind real scores and default-sort cards by score DESC within the active filter. Each brief's downloadable PDF must carry the same three tags on its title page, bottom-right: Regulated/Non-regulated · Sub-label · Score /10. Default state (no primary and no sub-label selected): show only the first 4 cards + "Explore all 26 →" CTA below the grid — keeps the section height down until the visitor either filters or explicitly asks to see everything. The moment ANY filter is applied, all matching cards show immediately (no 4-card cap) and the CTA hides — filtering itself is the "explore" action at that point.
